AT&T to release iPhone 4G products but not LTE details

BY BOB HOLT NEWJERSEYNEWSROOM.COM

While the iPhone 4G is still in the planning stages, AT&T is working to pickup ground on its competitors,Verizon and Sprint, The company has just introduced two connectivity products: the USB Connect Momentum 4G and the Mobile Hotspot Elevate 4G, which will be available later this summer.

According to pcmag.com, the Elevate is a black rectangle with rubber edges and a 1.77-inch, 160x128-pixel LCD screen on the front. The Momentum is a large, flat, rectangular modem that has a swiveling USB port. The modem has a built-in Micro SD card reader, and will support both Windows and Macs.

Cnet.com reports the Momentum, which weighs 1.06 ounces, will sell for $49.99 with a two-year contract. Its Micro SD card can hold up to 32GB. It weighs 1.06 ounces.

Elevate costs $69.99 with a two-year contract. Elevate weighs 3.6 ounces and can be used for up to five hours and can connect up to five other devices. It also can hold a a 32GB memory card.

The Wall Street Journal reports the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) network is different from AT&T's 4G network. AT&T began calling its 3G network 4G earlier this year, although the service didn’t meet expectations due to the slow expansion of its enhanced ground infrastructure. The LTE is the same process used by Verizon.

LTE is a fast form of mobile Internet generally considered the world standard for quick wireless connections. In the U.S., Verizon and Metro PCS operate LTE networks. T-Mobile's lack of an LTE plan is one of AT&T's stated reasons for their attempt to purchase T-Mobile.

According to Time, AT&T hasn't announced data pricing plans or other LTE usage details, and has yet to introduce any LTE smartphones.

All Usb Ports Not Working - Suggest A Fix PC Support Forums

Hey guys, I'm really in a bind on this one. I turn on my computer and I can't use my keyboard or mouse in either usb ports or the ps/2 ports. The whole card might have fried, that's what I'm thinking. However the keyboard actually works before it gets to the "windows starting" screen, meaning I can get to the BIOS if that's any help. Please help. I can't reinstall the OS because I have very important information on my hard drive unless I plug it into another computer and back it up. Please let me know any suggestions, last resort should be to buy a new usb card. Okay first i started off my resetting the RTC cmos on my motherboard. I got the keyboard to work. However the computer just freezes after a while. So i plugged in a ps/2 keyboard and mouse and the same thing happened, it just froze. When i startup, windows gives me the option to do startup repair, so I choose that and it freezes still while doing that. No idea what's going on.
